This Christmas market is held nice and tucked away in the church and on church grounds; lots of local crafts stalls and perfect to walk to within Blackmore and combine a stroll with some Christmas shopping!

This will be our second year at New Hall School which, aside from being beautiful in its own right, hosts a really big market under cover. Stalls are in two locations on the school grounds with something available for everyone!

Saturday 23rd November - 10am-4pm

South Hanningfield Village Hall, S Hanningfield Rd, Chelmsford CM3 8HL

Entry: FREE

This will be a new event for us but we know the organisers well from other events and so are very excited about this one! Lots of different crafts and food stalls both inside the village hall, in a marquis and outside where we will be. Come join us!

Thursday 28 November - 5-9pm

Maldon High Street, CM9 5PF

Entry: FREE

We are really thrilled to be at this huge market again; the High Street will be closed to cars for the event and, with it being an evening market with lots of mulled wine and Christmassy treats available, it’ll feel like the UK equivalent of the big European Christmas markets!

Friday 29 November - 5-8pm

Forest Drive, Theydon Bois, CM16 7EX

It will be our second year at Theydon Bois and we can’t wait! While quite a short market, I personally really enjoy an evening event and this one won’t disappoint. Forest Drive will be shut off to cars so you have have nice and quiet mooch around.

After the Felsted Prep Christmas Fair clashed with a different market last year and we couldn’t attend, we’re back again this year and looking forward to it! The fair is being held inside, so bring those Christmas jumpers out and show them off sans jacket!

St Mary's Church, The St, High Ongar CM5 9NQ

St Mary’s Church in High Ongar are hosting another lovely market; this one with fabulous Christmas singers throughout and the most adorable choir from the local primary school. Well worth it if you enjoy a bit of live music with your shopping!

High Street, Billericay, CM12 9AS

The entire length of the High Street in Billericay will be shut to cars for this market, you can meet Santa who will be leading the big parade at the beginning and get regular High Street shopping done as well as with us stalls!

Saturday 7 December, 12-7pm

High Street, Epping CM16 4BA

Entry: FREE

Epping Christmas Market is our longest standing market and one we are incredibly fond of. Held right where the normal weekly market is set up; you have easy access to everything, High Street shops will be open and there is live music throughout the event. What’s not to like!

Sunday 8 December, 12-6pm

Ingatestone Community Centre, 7 High Street, CM4 9ED

We will be finishing our Christmas markets with a second appearance in Ingatestone - it’s the best feeling to start and finish with a local one! - and I can’t see what it’ll be like now with Brentwood Connected in charge of it from this year. All High Street Shops will be open and most have additional events running alongside the Christmas Market so come out and get those last few gifts!
